Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. unsalted butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 egg yolk
    1 2/3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins or currants
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream first 2 ingredients; beat in egg and yolk.
    Add next 3 ingredients; add nuts and raisins.
    Drop by teaspoon 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and sugar.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
