Diane'S Grandmother'S One-Half Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients. Slightly floured chopped pecans may be added to batter.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
