Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bunch parsley
    1 large green pepper
    1 can pimentos, chopped
    salt and pepper
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Cut up all vegetables, bread and cheese.
    Add salt and pepper. Stir in melted butter and milk.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
