Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. pecans (optional)
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    In large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and vanilla for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Beat in dry ingredients. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of morsels and the optional pecans.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 4 loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
