Christmas Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir in cranberries.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until thoroughly moistened.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
