Fresh Apple Cake(From The Parsonage Kitchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle top with sugar, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
