Shrimp-Pork Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. shredded cabbage
1 bunch thinly sliced celery
water
oil
1 lb. ground lean pork (2 c.)
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped cooked shrimp
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
12 egg roll skins
beaten egg
Preparation
-
In a large pot, combine cabbage, celery and enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil.
Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain in colander and cool.
Press vegetables against side of colander to extract liquid.
Vegetables should look dry.
