Fettuccine With Shiitake Mushrooms And Rosemary(Great Summer Recipe!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. shiitake mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed and thickly sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    2 large ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 lb. fettuccine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In small bowl, toss mushrooms with lemon juice and set aside.
