Aunt Mary'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 to 3 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    3+ dashes Tabasco
    2 cans chili beans in sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain excess fat. Add green pepper, onion, garlic and salt. Cook a short time. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook for about 45 minutes on low heat. Serve with sour cream or shredded Cheddar cheese.
