Onion-Dill Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. nonfat or low-fat, low-sodium Ricotta cheese
    1 Tbsp. nonfat or reduced-fat mayonnaise
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard (no added salt)
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Mix together in blender or food processor all ingredients. Process 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Store covered in the refrigerator.
    Serve with raw vegetables, fat-free crackers or guiltless chips.
