Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped (use part of green stems)
    4 oz. ground meat (ham, turkey, your favorite)
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Shape into 2 logs.
    Roll in finely chopped pecans.
    Serve with crackers.
