Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3 ripe bananas, mashed

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Blend in eggs and sour milk. Sift together the flour, soda and baking powder.
Add creamed mixture, along with bananas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
