All-In-One Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. Minute rice
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburg
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (No. 2) can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can corn
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole.
Measure rice and spread in even layer on bottom.
Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper in small dish.
Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture over rice.
Dot with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Mix hamburg with onion and spread over rice. Repeat flour mixture and butter as above.
Make a layer of tomatoes with liquid and repeat flour and butter.
Drain corn and spread on top.
Dot with remaining butter.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
