Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans yellow creamed corn
    1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. oil
    2 beaten eggs
    dash of garlic
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, but cheese, in a bowl.
    Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
