Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs (beat well)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well.
Pour into 1 deep pie shell or 2 (9-inch) shells. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
