Crisp Golden Corn Points - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a
    mixing bowl. Add milk, butter and corn meal. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Mix just to blend.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until edges are browned.
    Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
    Split and spread cut surfaces with butter.
