Rio Grande Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 can French green beans, drained
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together. Combine sugar, salad oil, cider vinegar and water. Mix well and pour over veggies. Toss well. Cover and chill overnight. Drain well before serving.
