Dried Beef Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. dried beef, shredded (1 small jar)
    1/4 c. oil, or less
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked macaroni (1 cup uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and beef in hot oil until onions are golden.
    Stir in flour and add milk gradually and stir until slightly thickened.
    Add macaroni, seasonings and parsley.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
