Souper Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c. water
1/2 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine potatoes and water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid and microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes. Stir once. Stir in soup, sour cream, half and half, chives and garlic salt. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes (uncovered).
Stir once. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
