White Seafood Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) piece fake crabmeat
1 lb. small peeled shrimp
1 can Geisha baby clams
1 can minced clams
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter or margarine
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. dried parsley
1/3 c. finely cut scallions
Preparation

Melt butter in large frying pan.
Add olive oil and garlic. Bring to a slow boil.
Add all the rest of the ingredients except parsley.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add parsley.
Serve over spinach fettucini.
Serves 6.
