Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 can coconut
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat until creamy butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Beat 5 egg yolks and buttermilk. Alternately add buttermilk mixture and dry ingredients to Crisco and sugar mixture.\tFold in egg whites stiffly beaten.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
