Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 qt. water
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    10 oz. can mixed, frozen vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Cook chicken bouillon, water, carrots, celery and onion for 20 minutes.
    Add potatoes and mixed, frozen vegetables.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and water.
    Add Velveeta cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts (do not add any salt).
