Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. elbow macaroni
mayonnaise
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni until tender.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Add green peppers, carrots and celery.
Toss gently.
Mix in mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Chill thoroughly.
