Light Fluffy Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.
    Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients gradually until smooth.
    Bake on hot griddle.
