Holiday Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine (soft)
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 eggs
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    4 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Grease bottom of 10-inch tube pan.
    Separate eggs; beat yolks well.
    Beat whites until stiff.
    In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg yolks, mixing well.
    Combine milk, vanilla and dissolved coffee.
    Add alternately with dry ingredients.
    Fold in egg whites and pecans.
    Pour into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let cool in pan.
