Lasagna With Mushrooms(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 1/2 c. tomato juice
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 to 16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
parsley flakes
Preparation

In large saucepan, brown meat; pour off fat.
Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.
Stir in tomato juice, mushrooms, tomato paste and seasonings.
Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
