Mushroom And Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mushrooms
3 oranges
1 head lettuce
2 oz. chopped walnuts
French dressing
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash mushrooms.
Lightly dry and finely slice.
Squeeze juice of an orange over them.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave while you peel 2 oranges.
Remove all orange pits and slice oranges thinly.
Lay crisp lettuce leaves in bottom of dish.
Put a layer of oranges and a layer of mushrooms, more oranges and a sprinkle of mushrooms on top.
Pour over a French dressing and sprinkle with very fine chopped walnuts.
