Mom'S Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the sugar, molasses and butter together. Add egg and pumpkin.
Blend well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the chopped pecans or you may use raisins or walnuts. Put into a well-greased muffin tin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/4 dozen.
