Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced okra
    1 onion, chopped coarse
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    cooking oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put okra and onion in a large plastic bowl.
    Toss with flour and cornmeal.
    Cook in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring halfway. Put enough oil in iron skillet to coat bottom.
    When oil is hot, add okra mixture.
    Fry about 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Salt to taste before serving.
