Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. white raisins, soaked in 1 c. boiling water, then drained
Preparation
    Cream eggs; add sugar and oil.
    Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda together and add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    (Use toothpick test for doneness.)
