Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
dash of garlic powder
dash of pepper
grated Parmesan
Preparation

Cut zucchini lengthwise and remove seeds.
Peel and dice. Cook sausage and onions; drain. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until zucchini is tender.
