Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
    Add water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.
    Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter.
    Add shrimp, cook until pink.
    Add measured liquid, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
