Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 slices bread, cubed
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and crumble.
    Set aside after draining on paper towel.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Layer bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with egg mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until set and lightly browned.
    I serve cranberry sauce with this.
