South Of The Border Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
    1/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. chunky salsa
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except salsa, in a large bowl.
    Blend well and form in 1-inch balls.
    Brown meatballs on all sides. Drain fat.
    Add salsa and cook for an additional 10 minutes or add meatballs and salsa to a casserole.
    Place in a warm oven until ready to serve.
