Maggie'S Sweet Potato Pie(Club Member: Renee Evans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 average potato, peeled, boiled and mashed
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavor
dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Blend with a mixer. Bake in bought pie crust at 350\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
