My Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. (3 pkg.) yeast
3 1/2 c. lukewarm water or milk or small can evaporated milk and potato water to make 3 c.
1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening or lard
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
8 to 10 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in water (100\u00b0 to 115\u00b0), about 10 minutes. Add all except the flour and mix well.
Add flour, stir and knead as dough becomes stiff.
Knead until smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
