Light And Fruity Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Make Jell-O with 2/3 cup boiling water.
When dissolved, add ice cubes and stir until thickened. Remove unmelted ice cubes. Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smooth. Chill until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish.
