Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round chuck
1 large onion
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce or tomato paste
2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add onion, chili powder, tomato sauce and jalapeno peppers.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
