Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wide noodles
    2 slices white bread, wet and crumbled
    4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
    1 lemon, juice and rind
    1 orange, juice and rind
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. white raisins
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain.
    Add the rest of ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Place in large oblong pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
