Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with Ritz crackers and melted butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
