Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix dates, butter, sugar and eggs in small saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour over Rice Krispies.
Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
