Dutch Baby Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 quart pan
1/3 cup margarine
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Preparation
-
Preheat oven to 425.
Place margarine in oven pan & place in the oven while it preheats.
Blend eggs, milk & flour in blender for 30 seconds.
Pour in hot pan of melted margarine.
Bake for 25 minutes or until curled on the edges.
Great with syrup or fresh fruit & whipped cream.
