Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole medium chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. regular long grain and wild rice mix or 2 c. hot cooked rice
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
tomato wedges (optional)
parsley (optional)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
Preparation

Skin, halve lengthwise and bone chicken breasts.
Sprinkle chicken with onion salt and lemon pepper. Prepare long grain and wild rice mix according to package directions.
