Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 cans Ortega chili
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice chilies and wash to remove seeds.
    Fill chilies with Monterey Jack cheese.
    Put them in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour other ingredients over.
    Sprinkle the top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
