Quick Sauerbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can beef broth
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 bay leaves
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown round steak in oil; add other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
    Remove bay leaves and garlic; thicken with 3 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
