Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar (granulated)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 c. peeled, chopped apples, cut into chunks
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; add eggs and oil.
Beat with a wooden spoon.
Add nuts and apples; batter will be thick and hard to mix after apples are added.
Spread batter in greased and floured 10-inch skillet or other cake pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
A single batch baked in large pan can be cut into bars.
Double the recipe and bake in 9 x 11-inch pan or 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake double batch at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Double batch serves 8 to 10.
