Baked Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chickens, cut into serving pieces
4 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, salt and parsley; spread the mixture in a shallow pan.
In a medium pan melt butter.
Add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir well and add 6 teaspoons of the butter mixture.
Cool so that you can dip chicken pieces in to coat well.
Roll chicken in crumb mixture, ensuring that each piece is well coated.
Bake in a large shallow pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Pour leftover butter mixture over chicken and baste twice during cooking.
