Hawaiian Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, oranges and pineapple; toss gently, and set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, toss gently.
    Cover and chill at least 6 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
