Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    1/3 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Line a 15 x 10-inch baking pan with waxed paper.
    Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
    In small skillet, bring to a boil syrup and pecans.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered without stirring 12 minutes.
    Pour praline mixture onto waxed paper.
    Spread to form single layer.
    Let stand until hardened, about 45 minutes.
    Break into pieces.
