Zippy Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked corned beef, cut into cubes
    5 new red potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and cut into cubes
    2 crisp dill pickles, coarsely chopped
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 hard egg, chopped
    5 black olives, chopped
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    salad greens
    1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, potatoes, pickles, onions, egg and olive.
    In another bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper.
    Pour over beef mixture; toss.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Serve beef mixture on salad greens torn into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle cheese over top before serving.
